Hi guys, happy 2015 ! It's finally the start of a new year. To start off the new year, Jo & I have been trying to see each other more so we can do more shoots. It's very hard for us to meet each other often because we both go to different colleges and we also have work. Anyways, about the outfit... for some reason I've been really into plaid bottoms. I think plaid bottoms gives your outfit more of a feminine look because it reminds us of that school girl look. When it's the winter season, I really like to throw on my sheer tights. I think tights are an essential piece because you can definite have many looks to match it with. Oh, and coats is one of the trending pieces for this season so make sure you guys grab one that can match most of your outfits. Forever 21

H&M

At first we wanted to use combat boots but when I saw this I immediately wanted to buy it so we decided to stick to all black shoes. Platform shoes isn't everyone's cup of tea but to be honest I feel like these type of shoes are easy to add some "spunk" into a girls' casual outfit.

Shoe Factory

These shoes weren't bought the day I bought my "twin" outfit, but I stumbled upon these shoes at a place called shoe factory. If you live in Vegas and happen to be at the Galleria mall, there's a place called Shoe Factory by BWW and I think everyone should that store out because they definitely have a lot of shoes to choose from and the prices are very very cheap... I got these for $10.88 !

Bath and Body Works

These candles are the mini ones from B&BW. I don't usually use candles so I tend to buy the mini ones instead. These scents from the Hawaiian collect are my favorites, but Black Sands has my heart, lol. I thought these scents were just perfect for the summer and I just didn't want to pass it up so I thought I might as well get these since I'm running out.

Top: F21, Skirt: F21,

I think we're all sometimes a tad bit afraid of doing print on print, but for this outfit I took that risk. To make it work for me, I made sure both prints weren't dominant. For the skirt, the print was quite subtle compared to my top since it blended with the color. I also made sure the "grids" on my top was bigger compared to the print on my skirt so it wouldn't clash. I think matching prints can be quite fun, don't ever let anyone tell you "you're not supposed to wear matching prints" because to be honest that's a fashion rule that's meant to be broken so you can express more of your creativity.

Meet Steph Ivy!!!
Steph's outfit is perfect for this Vegas weather. The heat is really getting to a lot of people, and sometimes you look in your closet and you don't know what to wear. Well if you have a romper, then you're set! This outfit is great for a casual get together with friends, but it can also pass as an outfit that you can wear to a play. Adding classy looking accessories would make this more dressy than casual. Oh and the shoooeesss!!! The shoes will definitely make it look more casual or dressy.
