I'm so happy to share with you guys information about the shirt that I was able to get in the mail. Can I just say, this shirt is so freaking soft ?! Anyways besides that, I should let you know that the shirt that I'm wearing is actually a size M. I got a medium size shirt with the intention of wearing it as a "dress shirt", it obviously didn't work out, but since the design of the shirt was so versatile I was able to find something in my closet that could match it. Before I forget one of the things that I admire about this shirt is the "tag". Usually when I buy shirts, I always take out the labeling they stitch at the back of the shirt because (1) it's very bothersome, and (2) it always makes me itchy. This shirt was still able to incorporate their branding with the nuisance labeling in the back by adding it as a print at the back side of the shirt. If you guys need visual aide, look at Jo's post because she has a picture of the company branded their products. Oh and btw, this photo shoot almost killed me because it was seriously scorching hot and wearing these faux leather pants was just not a good combination, but for the sake of fashion I survived ! I think we're all sometimes a tad bit afraid of doing print on print, but for this outfit I took that risk. To make it work for me, I made sure both prints weren't dominant. For the skirt, the print was quite subtle compared to my top since it blended with the color. I also made sure the "grids" on my top was bigger compared to the print on my skirt so it wouldn't clash. I think matching prints can be quite fun, don't ever let anyone tell you "you're not supposed to wear matching prints" because to be honest that's a fashion rule that's meant to be broken so you can express more of your creativity.

I think this is my favorite photo shoot so far. Arkay Mendoza did a great job with these photos and making everything look natural. Her photography skills definitely complimented my outfit. This outfit is earthy and gypsy inspired. You'll notice that my whole outfit is pretty much just one color in different shades. Brown is one of my favorite colors because it's simple but stands out. My brown long skirt is from Forever21 and one of my favorite piece in my closet. To match my skirt, I wore a simple crossed patterned blouse. The color of the blouse matched with my skirt without it blending in. This gypsy inspired outfit gave me a reason to wear a lot of accesories without the accesories overwhelming the outfit. Bangles, bracelets, rings, and big earrings go well with outfits that are simple and earthy. The accessories, simple makeup, and messy waves complete the outfit.

Recalling this photo shoot, we definitely had a blast. It was my first time working with Stephanie, and honestly she was just a bundle of happiness. I think the trend of black and white has made my heart its asylum. As much as I dread wearing black during the summer, especially because I live in Vegas,  I just can't help but match most of white pieces with black. Anyways, without a doubt this is a full on casual outfit. It was first time to try pick an outfit for platform shoes. Personally I hated this trend, but I decided to give it a try anyways with just buying an inexpensive pair and I surprisingly like them. I mean they're actually comfortable and it wouldn't hurt to add some height, right ?

Meet Steph Ivy!!!
Steph's outfit is perfect for this Vegas weather. The heat is really getting to a lot of people, and sometimes you look in your closet and you don't know what to wear. Well if you have a romper, then you're set! This outfit is great for a casual get together with friends, but it can also pass as an outfit that you can wear to a play. Adding classy looking accessories would make this more dressy than casual. Oh and the shoooeesss!!! The shoes will definitely make it look more casual or dressy.
